(link) If you enjoy those anywhere near as much as I did, the Steam version (which has more content) will be a great purchase.. Don't let my playtime fool you - I've played about 40 hours on the iOS version alone. Fantastic game and seems like a great port so far.. If you're a casual player like me and have a love \/ hate relationships with roguelikes because they're usually too hard and don't allow you to dial down the difficulty so you can see all the content at least in the limited time you have available to game, then I think you'll like this. The game has flexible difficulty levels, allows continues at the expense of score, and the usual fantasy gaming devices and critters to smash. Hardcore roguelike players will scoff at this I'm sure, but it's well worth the current asking price of $3 on sale. Enjoy!Update since last year: I still play this off and on. This is the only roguelike I've returned to multiple times just to up the challenge and enjoy a more difficult version. The reason is that I'm not overwhelmed with invisible rules that take years to discover. It doesn't take years, the rules are discoverable if you're a wee bit observant, and it's still a challenging game once the difficulty is cranked up. Some may call that shallow, but really, I only ask my games to be fun and to not feel like a job. This game does that.. Played this on internet version for about another 40 hours. I bought it and just remembered how awesome it is.If you're a fan of roguelike genre this is for you.. oh hell yeah, this game is fun. though it's free of kongregate, who still plays flash games?. A really solid rouge-like with a wide range of classes and abilities. Runs very smoothly at 60FPS which you wouldn't think would make a difference for a turn based game but it really makes it feel better. The game is also on Mobile F2Pwith a fair IAP model but this seems to real way to play it without any of that and at a good price.Unlocks are now based on achievements (or can just be unlocked in the options menu)Pick it up!!Plays well, Looks great and brilliant for new and experienced Rouge-like players.
